She was predeceased by: her parent Eugene Saylor; her husband James; and her daughters-in-law, Janet and Sandi. She is survived by: her parent Thora Rhoads (Aulie); her children, Douglas C. Hackett of Wheeling, WV, Kathleen E. Martin (Leonard) of Gibsonia, Brian J. Hackett of Allison Park and Michael S. Hackett (Jill) of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Cortney L. Hackett of Tampa, FL, Steve Hackett of Pittsburgh, Lisa Hackett Cyprowski of Pittsburgh, Kenneth S. Hackett (Tracy) of Brookline, Morgan C. Hackett of Rochester, NY and Kelsey B. Hackett of Pittsburgh; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Adam Hackett, Collin, Tanner and Evan Cyprowski.
