He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand Percival Terpening and Hazel Taylor Terpening; and his wife Eleanor. He is survived by: his children, John Terpening (Barbara), James Terpening (Coralie), Ellen Terpening and Lori Pineault (David); and his grandchildren, Ian Terpening and Meagan Daley.
Military honors will be bestowed at his interment at Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Boulevard, Calverton, NY 11933, on August 11, 2023, at 12:00 p.m.
To honor Armand's service as a World War II veteran, the family is requesting, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation or the Wounded Warrior Project.
