He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Appley and Altheda Appley (Whipple) of Fish's Eddy, NY.; his wife Tina McIvor; his sons, Asa (Randi Appley), Evan and Michael Ricco; his granddaughters, Kadyn and Karynn Appley; his siblings, Karen (Scott Possemato), Alan Appley, Todd (Marcia Appley), Beth (Tom Horton) and Marla (Matthew Gorton); his siblings-in-law, Edward (Nancy McIvor), Kyle Rowles, Robin, Lynn and Judy McIvor; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Possemato, Seth, Emily, Chelsea, Courtnie Appley, Jarrett, Vanessa Horton, Marina Gorton, Cody Rowles, Jessica McIvor, Jacob McIvor, Zach Sinclair, Sadie, Lyncoln Mendes, Jamie, Erica and Amanda.
