He was predeceased by: his parents, George Duncan and Helen Duncan (Lent); his daughter Susan; and his siblings, Robert Duncan, Esther Scanland, Jane Muller, George Duncan and Patricia Darling.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hamm; his children, April Straus of Tigard and Keith Duncan of Fishkill, NY; his grandchildren, Will Velez, Travis Straus, Cole Straus, Autumn Straus, Torilyn Duncan, Amanda Barley, Jake Duncan, Michael Duncan and Alexa Duncan; and his great grandchild Georgiana Barley. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews and many other loving relatives & friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bill's name to the Rombout Fire Company, Fishkill, NY or a favorite charity of your choice.
