He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; and his children, Victor Gutierrez Jr. (Maria), Alexander Gutierrez, Alexia and Gabriella.
In lieu of flowers a memorial donation can be made in his memory to the Hudson Valley Hospice or Lustgarten Foundation in memory of his wife.
