She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Slater and Alma Whitmore; her siblings, Sue Slater Lloyd and Michael Slater; and her uncle Don Whitmore.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Dempsey (Theresa) of Lagrangeville and Erin Plimley (Scott) of Hopewell Junction; her grandchildren, Meagan Dempsey, Colton Dempsey and Wyatt Plimley; and her brother Patrick Slater (Donna) of Red Hook. She is also survived by many other relatives & friends.
