He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Duncan and Martha A. "Midge" Duncan (Hamm); his brother Roger Duncan; and his grandparents, William, Viola Hamm, George and Helen Duncan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ray Duncan of Wappingers Falls, Rodney Duncan (Maureen) of Poughkeepsie and Renee Duncan of Fishkill; his nieces and nephews, Kevin Richmond, Scott Duncan, Tracey Duncan, Deidre Ann Duncan, Kevin Duncan and Timothy Duncan; and his aunts, Nancy Duncan and Barbara Hamm.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill (1089 Main St, Fishkill, NY 12524). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Fishkill Rural Cemetery (801 US-9, Fishkill, NY 12524).
