She was predeceased by: her parent Frank Errera. She is survived by: her parent Caterina Errera (Aesaro); her spouse John A. DeBlase; her sons, John J. DeBlase (Paula) of Hamilton, NJ and Frank J. DeBlase (Joyce) of Hopewell Junction; and her grandchildren, John R. DeBlase (Meghan) of Astoria, Michael J. DeBlase of San Francisco, CA, Andrew DeBlase of Dayton, OH and Catherine Mulzer (Michael) of Grafton, MA. She is also survived by relatives & friends.
