He was predeceased by: his parents, Dietrich Knueppel and Edna Knueppel (Rogge); his stepgrandson Joshua G. Indorf, Jr.; and his siblings, Raymond Knueppel, Donald Knueppel, Orval Knueppel, Marion Peebles, James Knueppel, Lois Weedin and John Knueppel.
He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Balassone Indorf; his stepchildren, Joshua Indorf (Marlena) of Wappingers Falls and Elizabeth Oviedo (Kevin) of Hopewell Junction; his stepgrandchildren, James Indorf, Emma Oviedo, Bella Oviedo and Grant Oviedo; his sisters, Helen Soder of Coralville, IA and Doris Kurth of Prairie Village, KS; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Knueppel of Hampton, IA and Enid Knueppel of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends.
