He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph Ruggiero, Lena Ruggiero Osie, Anthony Ruggiero, Josie Ruggiero Schettino, Frank Ruggiero and Paul Ruggiero; and his son-in-law Duncan Obee.
He is survived by: his spouse Grace Mastropolo; his children, Marie Obee of Poughkeepsie, Ralph Ruggiero (Doreen) of Wappingers Falls and Valerie Ruggiero of Fishkill; and his grandchildren, Grace Obee, Duncan Obee, Loretta Obee and John Obee. He is also survived by many other relatives & friends.
