Peter Jimenez Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Jimenez of Fishkill, New York, who passed away on January 25, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Jimenez and Francisca Jimenez (Caban); and his siblings, Flores, Francisco, Ismael Jimenez and Aida Luz Jimenez.
He is survived by: his wife Iris Jimenez (Molina); his daughter Marissa Carmine; his son-in-law Michael Carmine; his stepchildren, David Valentin (Chrissy), Danny Valentin (Yajaira) and Iliana Almeyda (Billy); his grandchildren, Christian, David and Danielle Valentin; and his brother Angel Luis Jimenez.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Salem Tabernacle (7 Delavan Ave, Beacon, NY 12508). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Fishkill Rural Cemetery (801 US-9, Fishkill, NY 12524).
