She was predeceased by: her parents, William Poons and Corrine Poons (Fury); and her nephew Steven Burke. She is survived by: her siblings, Carol Burke (Russell) of Hopewell Junction, William Poons (Kimberly) of Beacon, Eileen Tarallo of Wappingers Falls and Suzanne Poons of Peekskill; her nieces and nephews, Michael Burke (Amy), Sarah Poons, Danielle Tarallo and Jason Tarallo; and her great-nephew Michael Burke, Jr.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
