She is survived by: her parents, David Sager and Victoria Sager (Croci); her spouse Bernard Hayes; her sons, Michael Arrotta of Newburgh and Jonathan Fontanes of Atlanta, GA; her stepson Marcus Hayes of Fishkill; her grandchildren, Nevaeh Fontanes, Ariyanna and Markez Hayes; and her siblings, David Sager (Jennifer), Dawn Sager (Polly), Joan Sager Breitenbach (Cliff), Laura Rotundo (Carmine) and Mark Sager. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
