She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Simmons and Jean Simmons (Colozzi). She is survived by: her siblings, Linda (Richard Johnson) and Glenn (Jennifer Simmons). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and 15 great nieces and great nephews.
