She is survived by: her children, Joseph J. Perillo, Jr. (Paula) of Wallkill, NY and Sabrina M. Perillo Wells (Michael A. Trama) of Fishkill, NY; and her grandchildren, Daniel S. Wells, Morgan M. Wells, Dean J. Perillo, Samuel J. Perillo and Roseanna M. Perillo.
