He is survived by: his wife Marie A. Corbet; his children, George A. Peterson Jr, Patricia A. Furci (Samuel J.), Timothy E. Peterson and Dr. Andrew M. Peterson (Hanna); his sister Marie Michelin; his grandchildren, Christine of George, John, Alysia, Elliott, Nicholas, Keri, Samuel, Maggie, Daniel and Sarah; and his great grandchildren, Caitlin, Braeden, Matthew, Zachery, Noah and George IV.
