He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Cicio and Rose Cicio (Rinaldi); his wife Lucy M. Cicio (Laquale); his siblings, Anna, Theresa, Peter, Florence, Philip, Edward and Rocco; and his son-in-law Vincent Mocarski, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Philip Cicio (Louise) of New Windsor, NY, Rosemarie Mocarski of Wappingers Falls, Thomas Cicio (Alicia) of Warwick, NY and Robert Cicio (Anna Marie) of Sebastian, FL; his grandchildren, Jeanette Lynch (Justin), Jamie Mesnick (John), Marisa Schiavone (Michael), Vincent Mocarski III, Thomas Cicio, Nicholas Cicio and Gavin Cicio; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Owen, Paige (Collin), John Jr., Michael Jr., Maia, Matteo and Leia; his great great grandchild Kennedy; and his sister Angela Smith (Frank). He is also survived by other loving relatives & friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill (1089 Main St, Fishkill, NY 12524). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mother of the Church (106 Jackson St, Fishkill, NY 12524). An entombment will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Fishkill Rural Cemetery (801 US-9, Fishkill, NY 12524).
