She was predeceased by: her parents, John Collins and Olive Collins (Bell); her husband Joseph T. Perry; her sons-in-law, Charles Pratt and John Egan; and her granddaughter Lisa Pratt Lawless.

She is survived by: her children, Joan Pratt of New Windsor, Joe Perry (Terry) of Barefoot Bay, FL, Maryann Egan of Garrison and Rhonda O'Briskie (Ray Cook) of Largo, FL; her grandchildren, Deborah, Rich Tompkins, Cindy, Jim Arndt, Kenny, Thelma Pratt, Robin Perry, Christopher, Colleen Perry, Anthony Antonini, Crystal, Lloyd Gruhl, Mark and Susan O'Briskie; her great grandchildren, Liana, Steven Kondysar, Riley Tompkins, Frankie Pratt, Erica Pariselli, Charles Pariselli, Victoria Pratt, Mckenna Perry, Jackson Perry, Delaney Perry, Eric Peasley, Aydan O'Briskie, Evan O'Briskie, Colin O'Briskie and Ryan O'Briskie; and her great great grandchildren, Lainey, Landon and Dylan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
