Emily S. Forbes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emily S. Forbes of Fishkill, New York, born in Beacon, New York, who passed away on October 22, 2024 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Emily S. Forbes to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmine Serino and Anna Fasano Serino; her siblings, Giriaco Serino, Michael Serino, Carmine Serino and Lucia Eustace; and her siblings-in-law, Joan Marie Baltich Serino and Charles Williams (Chuck).
She is survived by: her children, Marie Forbes of Hartsdale, Scott Forbes (Rosemary) of South Salem and Sharon Forbes (Dave Simmonds) of Fishkill; her grandchildren, Roseann (Amanda), Elizabeth (Matt), Margaret (Kevin), Scotty (Michelle) and Brian (Ally); her great grandchildren, Dietrich, Cole and Fallon; her sister Mary Williams; and her sisters-in-law, Claire Serino and Carolin Serino. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Riverview Funeral Home (2 Beekman St, Beacon, NY 12508). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Mother of the Church (106 Jackson St, Fishkill, NY 12524).
