We are sad to announce that on May 26, 2021, at the age of 92, Elsa Mosher of Fishkill, New York, born in Astoria, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wiebke and Elsa Wiebke (Potter); her former husband Anthony Picciano; her husband Dewitt Mosher; her brother Henry Peter; her sister-in-law Eileen Wiebke; her grandson Jeffrey Adams; and her daughter-in-law Carol Picciano.
She is survived by: her children, Robert H. Picciano (Dee Wiley) of Fishkill, Janet E. Rose (Jeff) of Milton, DE and Thomas A. Picciano (Ed Boyd) of Hampton, VA; her grandsons, Nathan Rose (Jenn) and Frank Adams (Jackie); her great grandchildren, Ella, Ayden, Madelyn Rose, Frank C., Brittany Adams, Samuel and Hannah Rubin; and her great great grandchild Caleb Vanderlinde. She is also survived by other loving relatives & friends.
