She was predeceased by: her parents, Reese Vernon McKinney and Katherine Franklin McKinney; her husband Irving F. Bailey; and her siblings, Jean Lindh, Joyce McCann, Dorsey, Robert, Franklin and Marvin McKinney.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Ann McKinney and Nancy McKinney; and her friends, Ethel Relyea, Ken Folster, Gloria Haydasz and Helen Zehnacker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
