She is survived by: her parents, Fernando "Pepe" Garcia and Annie McCarty Garcia; her children, Arthur W. O'Connell, Jr of Fishkill, NY, MaryAnn Gross of Peoria, AZ, Joseph O'Connell (Dina) of Petersburg, NJ and Christine Cusack of Bayport, NY.; her grandchildren, Brian, Jr., Tracey, Gabrielle, Gregory, Isabella, Emma, Caitlin, Ryan and Grace; and her great grandchild Brian, III.
Dolores lived a life of service and her final act of giving back to the world was the donation of her body for medical research to the Anatomical Gift Program at Albany Medical College.
