She was predeceased by: her father-in-law Robert E. Chadwick; and her stepfathers, Thomas Adams and Robert Cevetillo. She is survived by: her husband Troy T. Chadwick; her mother Loretta Adams; her sister Jamie Cevetillo (Mychael Lugbauer); her mother-in-law Carol Chadwick; her godson Jake Thomas; her uncle Tommy Yandoli; and her aunt Patricia Perillo. She is also survived by many cousins who she considered siblings.
