We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2019, at the age of 80, Charles Scheffer (Fishkill, New York), born in Bronx, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Scheffer and Edna Scheffer (Higgins). He is survived by: his children, Lisa Scheffer of Fishkill, NY, Charles Scheffer, Jr. (Cynthia) of Clifton Park, NY and Linda Ricker (Jeff) of East Fishkill, NY; his grandchildren, Tess Foster, Olivia, Alfred and Scarlett Ricker; his brother John Scheffer; and his close friend Sylviane Scheffer of Fishkill, NY..

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Charles' memory to Hudson Valley Hospice, https://wwwhvhospice.org.
