He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. McCormack and Catherine G. McCormack (Beaudry); his sister Joan Fontaine; and his adoptive mother Isabelle McCormack. He is survived by: his wife Gail McCormack (Carron); his children, Kathleen McCormack of Austin, TX, Carol Travers (John) of Sinking Spring, PA, John McCormack (Jenny) of Hopewell Junction, NY and Dr. Karen McCormack of Lake Ariel, PA; and his sister Alma Cicco. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
