Lacks; her husband Roy; her children, Matthew and Caitlin A Smith of Jessup, PA; her grandchildren, Allison, Layla, Lucas, Katie, Emma, James, Carson and Hannah; her siblings, Charlene H Mullin of Gouverneur, NY, Joseph Lacks (Kelley) of Gouverneur, NY, James Wade (Lacks) of Vista, CA, Julie A Lacks (Donald Kratzer) of Northumberland, PA, David C Lacks (Maggie) of Cleveland, OH, Amy A Wayne (Randy) of Ithaca, NY and Jennifer S Lacks of Gouverneur, NY; her nieces and nephews, Daniel J Mullin (Tina), Dionna L Leung (Gee), Doriann M Hughes (Paul), Jered Lacks, Brianne A (Wicks), Sterling, Benjamin, Avalyn K and Breyden Wicks; and her special Ani. She was also cherished by 20 great nieces and nephews, 9 great-great nieces and nephews.
