He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Folsom and Eva Folsom (Royce); his mother-in-law Goldie P. Hubbard; his wife Goldie; his son Larry Folsom; his siblings, Ada Kilbourn and Charles Folsom; and his great grandchild Kaylene M. Folsom.
He is survived by: his children, Cora Jeanne McCarthy of Gouverneur and Roger S. (Debra Folsom) of Browns Falls. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
Donations in memory of Clarence may be made to either the Fine Fire Department or Star Lake Fire and Rescue.
