He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Shade and Hattie Klie Shade; his aunts, Donna Klie Wright and Gladys Shade Larson; and his uncle Gordon Shade.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his daughters, Linda Sansone (Jamie) and Becky Majewski (David); his aunt Jean Klie Hull; his grandchildren, Erika Majewski Fischer (Andrew), David Majewski (Nicole), Victoria Majewski Hawthorne (Christopher) and Nicolas Sansone; and his great grandchildren, Brooke, Angela, Andrew, Annabelle Fischer, Nicholas and Alexander Majewski. He is also survived by three cousins.
He served as Vice-President for a time and helped with fundraisers, donations and with building larger enclosures for birds of prey.
