It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas A Stossmeister of Findley Lake, New York, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 4, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Stossmeister and Bonita Stossmeister. He is survived by: his wife Judith Stossmeister; his sons, Kip Stossmeister (Kristen) of Ridgway, PA and Sean Chase of Erie, PA; and his sisters, Ellen Hulings and Patricia Grehl. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Doug's name to The Camp at Findley, 2334 Sunnyside Rd. Clymer, NY 14724.
