He is survived by: his daughter Diana Hurlburt (Jason) of Perry; his grandchildren, Sean Sickles of Perry, Rachael Sickles of Gainesville and Matthew Hurlburt (Vanessa) of Gainesville; his great grandchildren, Ethan and Rebecca Drake; and his siblings, Patricia Shattuck (Wendell) of Gainesville, Dale Burger of Florida, Keith Burger of Indiana, Karen Evans (Jeff) of Florida and Debra Brisbee (Larry) of Scio.
