She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Stephens and Edna Andrews Stephens; her husband Frank A. Bentley; her sons, Robert and David Bentley; and her brother Warren Stephens.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Bentley and Brad Bentley (Michelle) of Short Tract; and her daughter-in-law Judy Bentley of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
