She is survived by: her children, Rhonda L. Clark (Terry Smith) of West Farmington and Charles R. "Boomer" Clark (Wendy) of Fillmore; her grandchildren, Aubrey Starks (Adam) of Webster and Alex Clark of Encino, CA; her brothers, Douglas Middaugh (Carol) of Scio and Donald Middaugh (Norma) of Friendship; her nephew James Middaugh of Friendship; and her aunt Jesse Cassady of Rushford. She is also survived by her family and friends.
