He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Bower and Mildred Wyer Bower; and his brothers, Bernard L. Bower and Robert L. Bower. He is survived by: his wife Martha Preston; his children, Gail Beardsley (Steven) of Perry, James Timothy "Tim" Bower of Fillmore and Thomas E. Bower of Fillmore; and his sister Donna Bower of Fillmore.
