She is survived by: her significant other Vern Ferguson of Fillmore; her brothers, Dennis Polaski (Dolores) of Illinois and Daryl Polaski of Portland, OR; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Polaski of Webster. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
