With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur M. Smith (Fillmore, New York), born in Rushford, New York, who passed away on March 7, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Putnam F. Smith and Della Lewis Smith; his wife Verna Palmateer; and his sister Eva Alderman. He is survived by: his sons, Dale Smith of Rushford, Gary Smith (Debra) of Arcade, Lynn Smith (Tracy) of Farmersville and Greg Bly (Sue) of Texas; and his sister Kate Chromey (George) of Georgia. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
