He was predeceased by: his brothers, Kevin Mullarkey and Dennis Mullarkey. He is survived by: his spouse Susan Ennis Mullarkey; his children, Chris (Missie), Thomas, Erin Schepisi (Tony), Meghan Rappoport (Jay), Neil Jr., Michael Mullarkey (Jessie) and Katie Mullarkey; his grandchildren, Eilish, Rory, Emma, Brett, Jaxson and Axton; and his siblings, James Jr., Beatrice Regan (James), Mary Lou Nichol, Michael Mullarkey and Gerry Mullarkey (Christine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Community Hospice Inn, 315 S. Manning Blvd., Albany, NY 12208.
