She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Appleby and Esther Appleby (Sutton); her daughter Rachel M. Felter; and her siblings, Ernest Appleby and Marjorie Wolfe.
She is survived by: her husband Robert V. Felter; her sisters, Lois Acquino (Richard) and Donna Sullivan; her children, Elise Voorhaar (Richard) and Andrew Felter (Karen); and her grandchildren, Ryan, Hannah Voorhaar, Maura, Liam, Aidan and Tess Felter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family, church family, and many friends.
