She is survived by: her significant other Gregory A. Stokes; her daughter Diane Applegate of Monticello, NY; her sister Lois Couch; her mother-in-law Mary Stokes; and her siblings-in-law, Katherine Stokes and David Stokes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
