It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ann H. Spencer of Felts Mills, New York, born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on October 11, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter B. Hovendon and Mary M. Hovendon (Marks); her husband Vernon C. Spencer; her son Craig V. Spencer; and her brothers, John Hovendon, Walter Hovendon and Gene Hovendon.
She is survived by: her children, Howard V. Spencer (Heather) of Delaware and Cheryl Spencer of Felts Mills. She is also survived by four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and one great-grandson and many nieces and nephews.
