He is survived by: his parents, Harold McGrath and Norma Winifred McGrath; his wife Catharine Coburn McGrath; his children, Kathryn McGrath Marini (John) of Manlius and William Michael McGrath (Michelle) of Camillus; his grandchildren, Jessica, Alexandra Marini, Abigail and Jacob McGrath; and his siblings, Harold McGrath of Cazenovia, James McGrath (Sharon) of Hudson, Joyce McGrath Perrin of Fayetteville and Robert McGrath. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
