He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Hartman; and his parents, Ellen Hartman and Morris Hartman. He is survived by: his wife Joan Hartman; his son William Hartman, Jr.; his daughters-in-law, Wendy Lombardo of Jamesville, NY and Sandi Hartman; and his granddaughters, Kaitlin, Emily and Molly of Milford, MA. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces and nephews.
