He is survived by: his spouse Lauren Mills Wojtalewski; his sons, Evan, Logan and Charlie; his parents, Jan Wojtalewski and Joe Wojtalewski; his brothers, Adam (Kathy) and Eric (Eva); and his daughter Jessica Ward.
