He was predeceased by: his spouse Palma Raffa. He is survived by: his girlfriend Patricia Ryan; his children, Pamela Cosimo (Chip) and Earl (Pamela); and his grandsons, Michael, Joseph and Salvatore. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
