With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Dockum (Fayetteville, New York), who passed away on May 12, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brothers, Warren, Willmore and William; and her parents, Willmore Forney and Lila Forney.
She is survived by: her husband Tobin Dockum; her children, Jared Dockum and Jessica Heiser; and her siblings, Ellen "Nellie" Hall, Fran Fahsel, Katie Gerstenmaier and Ralph Forney. She is also survived by numerous cousins and nephews and nieces.
