He is survived by: his parents, Roy Philips and Margaret Philips; his wife Marylou (Cookie); his sons, Kevin Phillips (James Lauderdale) of Monterey, CA and Matthew Philips (Laura); his granddaughter Helen of Alexandria, VA; his daughter Cynthia Rosiek (James); his granddaughter Katrina Remes (Justin); his great grandchild James; his granddaughter Ashley Ford of Ames, IA.; and his siblings, Evelyn Ewing (Gene) and Homer Philips (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
