He was predeceased by: his parents, William Buchanan and Dorothy Elizabeth Buchanan. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Leslie Abram (Brendon) of Codrington, Robert Buchanan (Kristin) of Cazenovia, NY and Barbara Buchanan of DeWitt, NY; his grandchildren, Paul Abram (Katrina), British Columbia and Alexandra Abram of Hamilton, Ontario; his brother Gerald Buchanan of Ottawa, Canada.; and also Madeleine of Chilliwack.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to DeWitt Community Church or the Humane Society of CNY.
