She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley M. Caputo and Lavina R. Caputo (Mingle); her former husband William Fitzpatrick; and her grandson Paul Doughty. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Annette) of Lindenhurst, IL and Mary Duck (Jeffrey) of East Syracuse; her grandchildren, Sarah of Kenosha, WI and Liam (Cassie) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her sister Rosemarie Vasiljev of Monroe, NC; and her niece Christine Malone (Steve) of Harwich, MA..

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Immaculate Conception Church, 400 Salt Springs St., Fayetteville, NY 13066.
