He was predeceased by: his parents, James Halley and Anna Halley. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Christina Fitzgibbon and Michael Halley; his grandchildren, Stephen McGrath, Lindsey Stark, Imogene Butler and Esme Butler; his great grandchildren, Leona and Kennedy Stark; and his legged pal Gizmo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
