She was predeceased by: her parents, William McQuade and Elizabeth McQuade; and her husband Floyd C. Whaley. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Anne Watkins (Fredrick) of Ann Whaley; her grandchildren, Amanda Jackson (Joshua), Jessica Liadka (Robert), Christopher (Genevieve), David, Brianna, Daniel and Andrew Hollis; her great grandchildren, Ryan and Levi Jackson of Robert Liadka; and her sisters, Agnes Smoot (John) and Danielle Cubacha (Benjamin).
