He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Berry and Edith T. Berry (Lout); his wife Paula Ann Mills; his son John W. Berry Jr.; and his sister Margaret Dulan.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Berry, Christopher Berry, Timothy Berry and Elizabeth Berry Davis; and his sister Iva. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
